Terms of Use & User Agreement

Welcome to jobbie.site. These Terms of Use and User Agreement constitute a legally binding agreement between jobbie.site and you, governing the use of our online services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Our Mission

The mission of jobbie.site is to connect professionals in Armenia to help them become more productive and successful. Our services are designed to create economic opportunities, enabling you and millions of other professionals to meet, exchange ideas, learn, and find opportunities within a trusted network.

Contract Acceptance

IMPORTANT: By creating an account on jobbie.site or using our services, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with jobbie.site.

If you do not agree with this agreement, do not create an account or use our services. This agreement may be amended with 15 calendar days' notice via email or website notification.

Job Seekers

Individuals using the service to create a personal profile, search for jobs, and apply for vacancies.

Employers

Companies and organizations using the service to find employees, post vacancies, and manage the hiring process.

Visitors

Individuals browsing public parts of the site without registering an account.

Eligibility

16+

Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old in accordance with Article 138 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia. Persons aged 16 to 18 may use the service only with the written consent of parents or legal guardians.

Legal Capacity

You must be a legally capable person under the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia (Articles 22–28), able to enter into legally binding contracts.

Equality and Non-Discrimination

STRICTLY PROHIBITED to specify in job postings:

Age or age restrictions
Gender or gender preferences
Race or ethnicity
Religion or beliefs
Physical appearance or photos
Marital status
Sexual orientation
Political views
Other discriminatory characteristics

Violation of equality principles results in immediate removal of the posting and possible account suspension.

User Accounts and Security

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep contact details up to date
Use strong passwords
Do not share account access with third parties
Immediately report security breaches
Be responsible for all account activity

Social Registration

You can register via social networks (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). We access basic professional information in accordance with your social media account's privacy settings.

Prohibited Activities

Posting job vacancies for jobbie.site competitors
Using the resume database for purposes unrelated to hiring
Posting incomplete, false, or inaccurate information
Sending unsolicited emails or spam to users
Using automated means for data collection (scraping, bots, etc.)
Posting pyramid schemes or fraudulent offers
Copying or duplicating site content without permission
Violating copyrights or intellectual property rights
Creating multiple accounts or fake profiles
Using the service for political agitation or propaganda
Using the service for third-party commercial recruiting
Distributing malware or conducting phishing attacks

Payment Terms

For Paid Services

• You are obligated to fulfill payment obligations

• Payment method information is stored encrypted in accordance with PCI DSS standards

• Taxes and fees may be added as per the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia

• Refunds are governed by our refund policy (billing@jobbie.site)

• Prices may change with 15 calendar days' notice

Data Usage and AI

Personalization and Recommendations

We use your data and AI technologies to provide personalized job, candidate, and content recommendations, as well as to improve our services.

AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing. As with any content, you are responsible for what you share.

Intellectual Property

jobbie.site Rights

jobbie.site is a trademark. Site content, design, logos, and other materials are protected by copyrights and intellectual property rights.

Your Rights

Posting content does not change its ownership. You retain rights to your original content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it within our services.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided 'as is' without any warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absence of errors

We are not responsible for user actions

You agree to indemnify losses arising from condition violations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services, except in cases of gross negligence or intent as per the legislation of the Republic of Armenia

Dispute Resolution

Pre-Trial Settlement

Before filing a lawsuit, a claim must be sent to hello@jobbie.site or by registered mail to the correspondence address.

Review Period

Claims are reviewed within 30 calendar days.

Litigation

Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Armenia under RA legislation.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate the agreement at any time by closing your account and ceasing to use the services. Your data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Law 'On Protection of Personal Data'.

Termination by Us

We may terminate the agreement immediately for violation of terms or other justified reasons.
