Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 31, 2025

This Refund Policy governs the terms for refunding services provided by LLC 'jobbie.site' in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law 'On Consumer Rights Protection' (ZR-114-N) and the RA Tax Code.

Refund Conditions

✅ Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • The service was not provided due to our fault (platform technical failure)
  • The request is submitted within 14 days from the payment date and the service has not been used (Article 21 of Law ZR-114-N)
  • Double charge or error in the payment system
  • Violation of service provision terms by jobbie.site

❌ Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:

  • The service was fully or partially used (vacancy posted, premium features activated)
  • The request is submitted after the 14-day period
  • Change of user's mind without objective reasons
  • Violation of the Terms of Use by the user

Refund Process

Submitting a Request

Send a request to billing@jobbie.site within 14 days from the payment date

  • • Transaction ID or order number
  • • Reason for the refund request
  • • Contact details for communication

Review

We will review the request within 7 business days and notify you of the decision

Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method

Payment and Refund Methods

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard)• Bank transfers• Electronic wallets

Important Information:

Refunds are processed only to the original payment method. Payment system fees are non-refundable as per their terms.

Financial Data Processing

Security and Data Storage:

  • • Financial data is stored encrypted for 5 years (RA Tax Code, Article 65)
  • • Compliance with PCI DSS standards for payment data processing
  • • Partnership only with certified payment providers
  • • Regular audits of financial transaction security

Dispute Resolution

Pre-Court Settlement

If you disagree with the refund decision, you may submit a claim to hello@jobbie.site. The claim will be reviewed within 30 calendar days.

Court Proceedings

Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with RA legislation.
